Not Financial Advice

Nothing on Tradr constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. Trade ideas are not recommendations, solicitations, or offers to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. All content is user-generated and for informational and educational purposes only.

Not a Broker or Adviser

TRADR LTD is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or a multilateral or organised trading facility. We do not execute trades on your behalf, hold client funds, manage investments, or provide personalised recommendations. Tradr is a journaling and social sharing tool for traders.

Not Regulated

We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), or any other financial regulator in any jurisdiction.

No Fiduciary Duty

We have no fiduciary relationship with, and owe no fiduciary duty to, any user. No trader you follow on Tradr owes you any duty by virtue of you following them or viewing their content. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

Past Performance

Past performance is not indicative of future results. A trader's historical track record on Tradr, regardless of how successful, does not guarantee future profitability. Track records displayed on the platform reflect historical outcomes only and must not be interpreted as a prediction or promise of future returns.

General Trading Risk

Trading financial markets carries a high level of risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose, and you should carefully consider your financial situation, objectives, and risk tolerance before trading.

Leverage Risk

Leveraged products such as CFDs, forex, and crypto derivatives are complex instruments and carry a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. A small movement in the market can result in a large loss relative to your capital. You should carefully consider whether you understand how these instruments work and whether you can afford the high risk of losing your money.

Cryptocurrency Risk

Cryptocurrency markets trade 24/7 and are subject to extreme volatility. Additional risks include custody and exchange risk, the potential loss or theft of assets, liquidity gaps, and significant regulatory uncertainty that varies by jurisdiction and can change rapidly.

Forex Risk

Foreign exchange trading involves high leverage, price gaps, and weekend risk, where markets can open at prices materially different from where they closed. Currency movements can be sudden and are affected by economic and geopolitical events outside your control.

Commodity Risk

Commodity markets, including gold and other metals, can be highly volatile and are influenced by supply and demand shocks, macroeconomic conditions, and geopolitical events. Prices can move sharply and unpredictably.

Notional Equity & Stats

Equity, PnL, and all statistics on Tradr are notional and informational. They do not represent real money, real positions, or real gains or losses, and they do not reflect any account managed by Tradr. A trader's Tradr equity is a scoring mechanism, not an account balance.

Market Data

Market prices shown on Tradr are provided for informational purposes only. They may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Do not rely on Tradr prices for real trading decisions. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any market data.

Jurisdictional Restrictions

You are solely responsible for confirming that trading the instruments you journal is legal in your jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit trading in certain instruments, including leveraged products and cryptocurrencies. We do not verify that you are permitted to trade where you live.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Before acting on any information found on Tradr, you should:

  • Conduct your own research and due diligence
