The Tradr Guide · Getting Started
Creating Your Account
Signing up for Tradr takes about two minutes.
Step 1 — Enter your email
Go to Tradr and tap "Join Tradr" or any action that requires an account (like following a trader or posting a trade). You'll be asked to enter your email address.
Step 2 — Verify with a code
You'll receive a one-time code in your inbox. Enter it to confirm the address is yours. The code is part of signing up — it is not how you sign in afterwards.
Step 3 — Complete onboarding
After verification you'll go through the rest of the flow, in this order:
- Your name and date of birth — You must be 18 or older to use Tradr. This is checked when your profile is created, not just in the form.
- Set a password — At least 8 characters. This is what you'll sign in with from now on.
- Accept the legal documents — Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer.
- Choose a username — This is your public identity on Tradr. Pick something recognizable. Usernames must be unique and can only be changed once every 14 days.
- Select your country — This appears on your profile.
Once you're through, you're in. You can start browsing the feed, following traders, and posting your own trade ideas immediately. A profile photo, banner and bio are added afterwards from Edit profile — see Setting Up Your Profile.
